Ibis Styles Cognac

The owner/manager of the hotel is one of the nicest and involved people I have met over many years of travelling and staying at a wide range of hotels. He went out of his way to help, assist and engage wherever he can. One can see the passion he has for the industry and purely puts his customers first. The rest of the staff obviously got infected by his great attitude as they all worked with a smile and were very helpful.

Everything. Nice pool, large comfy bed, great air conditioning. The staff were all happy, positive and helpful as was the manager. Can’t think of a hotel I’ve stayed at where all staff were so good !

Everything was perfect, from the beginning till the end! We stopped there on our way home from holidays and it was the best decision! We had a great deal with the genius level, breakfast included, so we went for it! The hotel was great, staff extremely friendly and polite, very helpful, the room was good-sized with an amazing bedding , we slept on cotton clouds !!! The shower was big, super clean and hot! The swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed in the morning before the check out was the cherry on top! They even had a playroom , a baby foot and a pool table!! And a slide for the kids to avoid the stairs! Awesome! Thank you so much for the stay, for the welcome and for the service! 👌👌👌

Breakfast was great. We didn’t realize how long of a walk it was to the main part of town. We couldn’t find buses back and forth from downtown. The sidewalks were poor.
